(VG) Biscoff Blondies ✨️

Preheat oven to 350'F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Add melted butter to a large mixing bowl with both sugars. Using a hand mixer blend ingredients together until creamy and smooth. Add in applesauce, vanilla, and Biscoff butter. Blend again. Sift in salt - flour. Fold ingredients in being mindful not to over mix. Once the ingredients are combined, fold in crumbled cookies. Add batter to lined baking dish. Smooth and drizzle with Biscoff butter. Using a knife creates a cute design (or at least that's what I told myself). Top with whole Biscoff cookies. Bake in oven for 25-35 minutes or until the top is golden and sexy. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes, then refrigerate overnight. Enjoy this chewy deliciousness the next day (if you can wait that long 🤪)
