Instructions

Blend: Add the cubed cantaloupe, cold water, chopped mint leaves, lime juice, sweetener, and optional salt into a high-powered blender. Process on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove any excess pulp. Use the back of a spoon to press all the liquid through. Chill: Keep the pitcher in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled, or prepare to serve immediately over plenty of ice. Garnish: Pour into individual glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig or extra melon cubes before serving.
