Instructions

Base: Drop the whole lemon pieces and canned lychees into the bottom of the deli container.

Sweeten: Pour the raw cane sugar directly over the fruit.

Muddle: Use a cocktail muddler (or the back of a wooden spoon) to crush the lemons and lychees completely to release their juices and dissolve the sugar.

Flavor: Pour in 2 tablespoons of the canned lychee syrup.

Chill: Fill the deli container about three-quarters full with ice cubes.

Hydrate: Pour the coconut water over the ice, leaving a little room at the top.

Layer: Drizzle the lavender syrup over the very top for a beautiful layered look.

Mix: Secure the deli container lid tightly and give it a vigorous shake, or stir thoroughly with a long spoon before sipping.
