Vegan Cookies n Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 325'F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together and set aside. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, vegan butter, and nondairy milk to another large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine wet ingredients well. Once wet ingredients are combined, mix in the dry ingredients. Combine dough, then add in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed oreos. Use an ice cream scoop or your hands to scoop out small balls. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy. Bake an additional 4 minutes for a crunchier cookie if you're into that. Store leftover cookies in a container; they stay fresh up to 3 days.
