Tandoori Sicilian Pizza

- Take dough out and let sit for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400'F. Slice your vegetables & make garlic butter while you wait.

- Shred mushrooms with a fork to create smaller pieces. Add to a large bowl. Mix in vegan yogurt and spices (onion powder - salt). Mix well being sure to fully coat mushrooms. Add mixture to a heated cast iron skillet coated with cooking oil. Stir fry until golden & slightly crispy. Remove from heat & let cool.

- Coat pan with oil so dough doesn't stick. Roll out dough using a little flour so it doesn't stick to your hands and surface. Get all the air out then form dough into your rectangle pan, pressing edges as close to the ends of each corner of the pan as you can, so your pizza cooks evenly and you get a nice crust.

- Brush dough evenly with garlic butter. Add marinara sauce to the center of dough. Top with cheese, then mushrooms, then sliced vegetables. Bake in oven for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and top with additional veggies and fresno peppers. Bake for another 5-8 minutes or until crust is to your desired crispness. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool, slice & enjoy!
